On cuchilleriabarcelona.com it is possible to buy for any company or person of legal age (according to the law of your country) at least 18 years old which is the legal age in Spain.

Our articles can be bought from any country, both companies and individuals. If your country is not in the list of countries where we can deliver, please send an email to cuchilleriabarcelona@gmail.com when making the purchase. We will try to send your desired products to you. We can send the articles to any country.

GUARANTEES AND RIGHTS

The items purchased at cuchilleriabarcelona.com have a TWO-YEAR guarantee by manufacturing defect and a FIVE-YEAR guarantee for parts or spare parts.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order made at cuchilleriabarcelona.com , you have FOURTEEN NATURAL DAYS (counting from the day you received the order) to return it. (According to article 44 of Law 7/1996, dated January 15, Ordering Retail Commerce modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19). For your return we must be informed by you that this is a return being made and the product must be sent in its original packaging. The shipping costs in this case will be borne by the customer.

We will not be responsible for this return if the purchased items have undergone modifications or deterioration due to incorrect handling by the customer.

In the case of defective items or erroneous shipments all costs of the return and the cost of the new shipment (if needs to be made) will be borne by cuchilleriabarcelona.com. Even so, you must notify us by phone or by email to arrange a pick up at the customer´s address. Cuchilleriabarcelona.com will not be responsible for returns and expenses incurred by the client without previously having agreed the return with cuchilleriabarcelona.com

The customer may also choose to obtain a refund for either the purchase amount or defective items if the customer deems it appropriate. This return will be made upon reception of the returned products and within 2 days. The amount to be returned will be made using the same payment system that the customer used for their purchase.

PRICES OF ARTICLES

In all the countries of the EUROPEAN UNION our articles will be applied the 21% of taxes (VAT / VAT). For the rest of countries this percentage will not be applied.

As you may know, the prices on the internet vary often. For that reason cuchilleriabarcelona.com will try to offer to the customer the most competitive prices. If the customer detects an article with a lower price on a different website, then cuchilleriabarcelona.com will try to adjust the price of this article when requested by the customer. The customer could request to adjust the price by phone call or by sending an email.

The customer will be notified when the shipment has been executed. The shipment tracking number will be sent to the customer by email as well.

The order will be received by the customer between 2 to 7 days (Spain), except for articles with a different indication (handmade knives) that may require a longer delivery period. To the rest of the countries the average delivery time is between 3 to 15 days depending on the country.
If for any reason, there is a problem with the article or articles you acquired, then cuchilleriabarcelona.com will inform the customer about the incident. The customer can always choose for the return of the amount paid.
