KNIVES FINE CERAMIC KASUMI
KASUMI CERAMIC
The material from which are made of ceramic knives KASUMI contains a high percentage of zirconium oxide. This toughened zirconia is approximately 1500C in a special oven. The result is a material whose hardness is surpassed only by diamond. And the key is that the zirconium oxide particles that form the blade is extremely thin and this allows tightly interposed between the ceramic particles, making the road a homogeneous and very tough. In detail, the biggest benefit of using zirconium oxide from the fact that wears more slowly than stainless steel, with a sharp knife that stays longer. Other benefits are that the blade does not tarnish or rust or stain, being an inert material. The ceramic blade knives do not leave a metallic taste to food, plus they are easier to clean and do not have to dry completely every time we use. Furthermore, the ceramic material is very light and hygienic.
As for the ceramic knife handle, it is ergonomically designed to be used by all types of hands. The material is made is polypropylene, which is characterized by having no special maintenance of any kind. Furthermore, its specific weight for each model of knife, with the objective that is balanced with each sheet size. The resistance of the handle is guaranteed up to 80C, a fact amply demonstrated its strength.
As in other lines manufactured by Kasumi knives, ceramic finishes are very high quality.
