Reproduction of the famous Fairbairn-Sykes combat knife
Considered one of the best combat knives.
This knife was designed by two legends of close-quarters combat, Lieutenant Colonel William Ewart Fairbairn and Major Eric Anthony Sykes.
Initially used by Allied commandos, its distribution among regular troops gradually increased.
Today, it is a symbolic element of the insignia of numerous airborne and special forces units.
It was produced from 1943, and its uniform specification was only established in 1949 with British government specification E/1323E. In NATO, F-S knives that meet this specification are cataloged with the supply number.
